Tax free shipping
If you live outside the European Union we offer tax free shipping. Please get in touch at firstname.lastname@example.org if you would like to place an order and we will create a tax free custom order for you without the 21% VAT. Keep in mind that, outside of Europe, you may be charged for local import duties and custom charges on the arrival of the goods in your country.

How quickly do I receive my order?
After transfer of the payment your order will usually be send within 72 hours. For custom made orders we will let you know what the delivery date will be. Most orders are delivered by PostNL or DHL. PostNL and DHL try to deliver orders within the Netherlands the next working day. Delivery of international orders can take up to 10 working days, depending on the location and carrier.
Can I return an order?
Linen is a natural material and all cushions are handmade, so small discrepancies may occur.
You can return your order within two weeks after your purchase. Please mail us your request and use the order number as your reference. Please send the undamaged product in its original packaging to our company address and we will return the full amount (except the shipping costs) after we have received it in good order. Please ensure the returning packaging is properly secured as we cannot be held responsible for items that fail to reach us.Please note that you cannot return customized articles made upon your request.
What payment providers do you use?
Secure online payments can be done with iDEAL, Bancontact, creditcard, Sepa, Giropay, Sofort, and Paypal.
When you complete your order you will be directed to our payment provider Mollie. This is a secure online payment provider.
When you choose iDEAL for your payment you will be directed to the website of your bank, where you can complete the transfer.
When you want to use your creditcard, you can choose Paypal, our online payment provider for creditcards. You can use Visa, Mastercard en American Express. For creditcard payments both 3D-Secure (Verified By Visa) and a Fraude-detectionmodule (FDM) are active.
PayPal is a worldwide online payment provider that you can use in combination with a creditcard. You need to open a Paypal account before you can start using this provider.
You can order the Asenne collection online. If a product is out of stock or sold out it will be mentioned on the website. For a quote or specific request, please contact us at email@example.com
All prices of products and prices published on the website are including VAT. Costs of shipping are stated separately. We can create an order for you without VAT if you live outside the EU. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for more information.
